Quality management

Quality is our focus. Continuous improvement of our processes and of our quality management, is a concern for us. Our company is DIN ISO9001: 2015 certified.

In our own test lab we perform long-term, climate and temperature tests. The findings help us to design even more durable and robust products. We test new materials and technologies extensively before they get to the customer for use. 

We have high expectations of our partners. Through regular audits at our Asian suppliers, we ensure appropriate manufacturing and test procedures. Also our Asian manufacturing partners are certified according to DIN ISO9001 and other standards such as DIN ISO 14001.

Information for RoHS and Reach:

REACH is a directive that applies to all industrial sectors across Europe since June 2007. It deals with the registration, evaluation, authorisation and restriction of chemicals and their safe use. Emphasis is put on substances, which are of high concern (SVHC). Like the ROHS directive, it serves to protect human health and the environment, while ROHS regulates the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electric appliances and electronic devices.

By working closely with our suppliers, we ensure that our products meet the legal requirements and there are no health and environmentally hazardous substances above declarable limits according to those regulations. If you have any questions about the implementation of both directives in our company, we are at your disposal.

Statement on conflict minerals

We advocate a responsible and sustainable use of limited natural resources. We make sure that we do not use raw materials from illegal or ethically questionable raw material extraction methods in developing countries. Furthermore we demand from our suppliers that they themselves as well as their upstream suppliers behave the same way.

If you ever have reasons for complaint, please follow the described steps for returns:

1. Before returning the goods by mail or telephone, please contact us and ask for a RMA number. Therefore please inform us about: Our delivery note and invoice number and a detailed error description.

2. Please pack the goods in their original packaging. Put the number of the material return prominently on the carton and add the delivery note with the information under point 1 into it.

3. The goods will be checked by us. You will receive more information from us within 10 days.
